Pros

The knowledge attained from teaching myself through internal google support documents. The office is nice and having a flexible schedule is great too.

Cons

The metrics you are held to constantly change. I could think I have all of my ducks in a row and next week management comes through to say that a different metric is added or changed. Management is trying their best to balance the requirements from Google and the requirements from ttec, but at the end of the day, it is all numbers. Nobody will have a long career here because the client is a numbers focused company and if you have low numbers they can request to have you removed from the program.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
