Pros

aside from good salary and work ethics, working in the said company will really give you a good working experience.

Cons

As a BPO industry (most of them) the only downside is the graveyard shift and since it is a call center it is indeed a performance based job. So you really have to perform well if you dont want your career to end right away.

Pros

Worked at home. All equipment was sent to me. Awesome managers and employees.

Cons

Computer messed up a lot. I had to call IT to fix it a lot. Had to meet your goal every month or you would get wrote up.
