      Pros

      Engineers are some of the best. The only reason I lasted as long as I did. Plenty of opportunity to grow. Benefits are fine.

      Cons

      Upper Management does not care about employees. Really felt like a sweatshop. Projects undersold to win the bid; and then engineers have to "do what it takes" to get it done. Salaried employees working 90 hour work weeks are not uncommon.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
