Pros

People in the team were great and the atmosphere is lax You can really learn a lot about the product itself, there are many practical trainings and workshops Flexible working hours and no dresscode

Cons

The commission is way lower than what they claim to be the average during the recruitment, even if you overscore your targets. No one really knows how it’s calculated and you can never estimate how much you’ll get. If you’re sick, your monthly commission is cut and you find out about this rule only when you become sick the first time. Targets can go up by 50-60% from quarter to quarter, no explanation/support given. Phones don’t work for half a year (and you work on the phone) and you are left alone with the problem. There are almost no growth opportunities in the company. The pay is below the market average in Krakow and hasn’t increased in the past 3 years, not even by inflation. If you’re also relocating from abroad, the pay is hardly enough to live comfortably in Krakow. No language bonuses either. The moment you ask about the salary, they start recruitment to find a replacement for you, because the company is not willing to invest in retaining its people. Rotation is high. People come and go as soon as they realise cost cutting is a priority.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
