Pros

Easy to get hires and they push you thru training.

Cons

Inadequate training, work schedules frequently change without notice or employee's consent, sick days may be denied even in cases of hospitalization, failure to pay for mandatory overtime, sexism (both sexes) and member's (caller's) health is often put in jeopardy (thru neglect) to increase call volume or profits due to under-staffing (occasionally when workers are given mandatory unpaid time off to reduce overhead. Before I left (during a residential move) my schedule was changes to 14 hrs/day 5 days a week work from home with TTEC. refusing to accept why this was not possible.

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
