Pros

The job itself isn't bad. Sales primarily.

I normally don't complain but I feel this should be said. Management is basically non-existent. I was hired on in April. While in training the managers flat out said very bad things about new recruits. Mind you we only had one day of training. No nesting but you have to pass an assessment. Also, I am three weeks in and no pay!!!! The managers are very brief when it comes to answering any questions. And heaven forbid if you have to call tech support(I waited on hold for 6 hours no lie before I even received a live person!) Manager said it could take up to 8. But you don't get paid for that either! Just unreal and unprofessional!!!

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
