Pros

They try to make working at the call center fun, during AEP prizes are okay, you have to contort yourself to win them, used to be great until TTEC bought out Optum.

Cons

Where to begin? The commission is a struggle. The lowest that I've seen to date. The only reason to tolerate the place is that when they aren't micromanaging you they leave you alone altogether. Plus I am interested in going solo soon so them leaving me in peace is what I need. Speaking of micromanage. There are more chief than Indians here, or should I say indians that want to be chiefs. Some agents are busy bodies and refused to understand that they are just agents like the rest of us. If you put them in their place they go crying to their buddies that are Team leads, then their is a "meeting" If you can go elsewhere, by all means please do. If you are stuck on the many changes going on in the office and reach out for assistance, forget it! You're on your own until they decide to get back to you. Larry and Kristen are the only two managers that assist asap if they are on the clock

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
