      Pros

      The training staff at Ttec is fabulous and you can tell that they genuinely care about their trainees.

      Cons

      The base pay is extremely low for the amount of work that they expect you to do. There is also an extreme lack of transparency throughout Ttec’s entire operation; from the commission structure to accessing benefits. It is also hard to advance within the company due to management's use of favoritism, if you are not one of the “golden boys” don’t expect to advance within this company.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

      Cons

      Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
