They thought me alot how to multitask how to have excellent customer service and always have a great attitude

Cons

Some of the challenges of working here is all the stress of listening to all the complaints of angry customers

Remote work, easy to work with.

Cons

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

Cons

Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
