      Pros

      The training is paid. The bathrooms are separated for boys, and girls. Lots of parking spaces.

      Cons

      To get promoted the only skill you need is to be a good BS-er. Your education, work history, including military service, means nothing to the ones interviewing you.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
