Very good company for career growth and development Good compensation package Promotes work-life balance Boss are good to talk with Great working environment Colleagues are fun to work with When you perform, you get rewards/bonuses

Cons

I needed to work on night shift for work My work requires minimal supervision (which workds to my advantage) The members in my team (Social Media Marketing Team) are only few and we might need more members to do our jobs

Pros

Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

Cons

You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
