      I appreciated the fact I had a job

      Cons

      Management turns a blind eye to sexual harassment. I was harassed by 4 individuals and they did not do a nothing about it. Other than make me feel like I did something wrong, when I did my part and report the individuals who harassed me. They were slapped on the hand. You have too be in their little clicks to get anywhere here. If you're a strong woman like me and stand up for yourself. They look down on that. They don't respect that.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
