      Pros

      Lots of exposure to global accounting challenges so great learning environment.

      Cons

      Execs are all about rewarding themselves and paying as little as possible to the regular employee. Razor thin margins, so the only way for the company to hit its earnings targets is to consistently raid the employee bonus pool.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
