      Pros

      It's a great environment, enjoy my direct manager. The sale is not hard you just need to ask. Easy going environment. It's up to you how much money you make.

      Cons

      The hourly rate is $11.00. You can advance to be a lead agent but there is no pay increase yet you have more responsibility.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
