Pros

The facility is located in a pretty nice area. Some of the people I worked with were quite nice and I had a very sweet trainer who moved on to a different location.

Cons

Where do I begin? Phoenix number is not working, pay issues galore--I had to wait three weeks for my first check. Hours constantly were not correct and management would rather not give out information on who to contact for fear that they might be retaliated against. Their system will log you out at random and don't even try to ask for help unless you go above everyone's head and approach Richard Relucio. I had received a purple promise recognition within the first week of transferring departments and had to constantly ask when I would receive it. (By the way, never got it. ) With the exception of one or two managers, most of the supervisors and managers they have do not belong anywhere near the position they have. My advise is to stay well away from this place...it's not worth the headache and frustration, of which there will be copious amounts.
