      USAA made most things fire-able on the first mistake (without proper training and instructions) USAA work instructions are usually vague and hard to locate. Moving states and positions within TTEC can be difficult (I had to quit and rehire after 90 days when I moved)

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
