Pros
Interesting and challenging work. I learned a lot from all my years here. Operators are mostly nice and willing to help out.
Cons
Managers are lack of people skills. They're pushing good employees to work too hard while lazy people can just do whatever they want. If you're close to the boss, then you can lack off and still be okay.
