Pros
It's a job. They won't fire you even if you sleep in your car all shift. Super slow at the beginning of the month. Not many.
Cons
Bad ridiculously low pay for the job. Management that doesn't care. A huge turn over. Mandatory overtime at the end of the month. Bad quality. No room for moving up. Hardly every reach bonus requirements. If you get a raise it's a few cents. Open harassment of employees for following federal laws.
