      The only positive thing is that you learn more about SMB and their technology.

      Cons

      No competitive salary No career development or opportunity No collaboration and transparency from management No strategic planning No vision and value (mission is to cut the cost) Unqualified leaderships with no/limited experience in service and technology

      Pros

      Strong technology support. Help desk personnel were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive.

      Cons

      Very competitive market space for managed IT solutions. Small to medium size employers not willing to invest in IT infrastructure which limited revenue growth. Marketing campaign and lead generation at the franchise level was poor.
