Pros
Overall company culture very nice, people are very happy and positive in general. Lots of interesting areas of travel industry to work with and learn from: retail, digital eCommerce, airline, hotel operations, etc. etc. Lots of perks as employee, travel allowance etc. If you are great at your job, you get promoted quite quickly, they do recognise and cherish talent
Cons
Huge organisation, can be quite bureaucratic and political. Most of the head office jobs would be near airport offices so commute might be a problem for a lot of people.
