Pros

- Good commission if everyone contributes and store hits target - Lots of opportunity to hit targets and get commission - Friendly people - Get to expand knowledge of the world - Get to sell a variety of different holidays and destination and not just package holidays all the time

Cons

- Lots of consecutive working days during peak season (people need time to relax away from work... it's good for mental health!) - Whilst working there we experienced a shortage in store staff. During this time we were not allowed lunch breaks and were not allowed to leave one person alone in store else we would be dismissed. During this time I ended up being signed off work due to anxiety and depression, triggered by my working conditions. - sometimes had to work up to 12 days consecutively during peak season - Only get full commission if the store hits target, regardless if you hit your own. If the store doesn't hit target, your commission for the month is halved.
