      - Full remote possibility - High level hardware (at least for developer) - Right amount of time to do things

      Cons

      - New hires are payed more than people already in the company - most of the people (at least developers) can’t get a salary increase since years. - responsabilities grow, your skills improves, but the salary is the same along your career
