Pros
The office is great, so are the people. Everyone is very nice. TImings are 9 am to 5 pm with one hour break and two 15 minute breaks. So it is not hectic. The environment is calm and the work is pretty easy.
Cons
It is boring! The salary structure is pathetic and growth prospects are pretty grimm. Unless you want to want to wait 6-7years to become a manager, this is not the place. The culture is not fast paced and it might seem as "corporate", it is a typical government organization with a lot of red-tapism. Also, there is no room for creativity!
