Pros
Tutoroo offers those with a passion for learning foreign language the ability to share their knowledge with others. This could be done either in a physical space or online. It also actively helps its tutors connect with those interested in availing of their services.
Cons
The only area worth noting as a potential con might be the fact that a tutor, during my own personal experience, does not compensated for the first few sessions as a way of gaining commission for the main company itself. I might argue that it may be better to deduct a certain percentage for a period of time rather than the whole amount for a set amount of sessions, as it can be financially impactful for the tutors.
