Pros
Most colleagues are grounded and supportive. Some of them are exceptionally talented and probably the best in the industry. It is a relatively small company so you get lots of experience. An ability to multi-task is essential if you work at TV3, I suppose that ends up being a good thing.
Cons
The company is based in the middle of an industrial estate with a really bad public transport system supporting it. The salaries are disgraceful for the most part. Many of the senior management have superiority complexes and favouritism is rife. Some of the management are not even experienced at their jobs and some appear to have been given the role on a who you know basis. There's sexist environment at TV3. Underhand management style. Low morale amongst staff.
