I've had the privilege of working alongside an exceptionally talented group of people who genuinely care about their colleagues, customers and the quality of their work. The culture is supportive, collaborative and focused on doing the right thing. It's rare to find so many capable people who are also genuinely good humans.
Cons
As the business continues to grow, there will always be opportunities to refine processes and ways of working, but that's true of any organisation that is evolving and investing in its future.
