Pros
I work with such a great group of people - the office is a really happy place to be. Senior leadership is open and listens to suggestions/recommendations. Honesty is one of my key values and it is found in abundance here - there is never a hidden agenda. Everyone is also really supportive which is so refreshing in the workplace. We have free Pilates classes twice weekly and a free weekly fruit box - employee wellbeing is considered really important.
