Pros
Very relaxed and friendly work atmosphere. Prospects of Job Growth are tremendous and hard work is well rewarded! When I was hired I had absolutely no experience, the training offered to get me to where I am now was really good. The training was imparted by people who had real world experience in this industry.
Cons
Challenges are mostly limited to the work pressures affecting the staffing industry as such. So as such within the company , there are no challenges that I have faced, but for the usual issues with co-workers.

Two95 Intl would keep me up to date during my entire process of looking for a new role. They were helpful with interview prep, had open communication and was very easy to work with.
This is a great place to work for and where I started my path for a professional IT career. This company provided me with several opportunities for long term contracts with large corporations that eventually converts to full time. I am currently working for on my 3rd job opportunity through Two95 and they have been very helpful throughout the process. Staff is available whenever I need help or information. They have given me several opportunities for career growth where I learn the latest technologies out there.
