Pros
It's a fun place to work. Amazing people. The culture puts emphasis on personal growth, setting/achieving your own goals, and keeping people happy. We get to work with a variety of technologies. There is a nice balance between best practices and trying new approaches. Excellent work/life balance. An in-house chef that creates a unique menu each week. The office is next to Union Station and the Blue Line.
Cons
It's hard for me to find things to complain about. I could make more money at another company, but then I'd probably have to sacrifice the great work/life balance that Table XI provides.
