Pros
Table XI is a special place. They truly care about their people, which they demonstrate not only with their words but with their behavior and management style. They strive for excellence in whatever they do. You certainly have a voice and the flexibility to truly settle into Table XI in a way that I felt matched my strengths and made me more productive while I was there.
Cons
Listening to many voices can make concrete direction difficult to come by. I've worked in the opposite environment and would prefer to have a voice like I did at Table XI, but sometimes specific direction would be nice.
