- Talented, interesting, and genuinely nice people make for a fun, family-like atmosphere - A broad range of projects provide new challenges and learning opportunities - A strong interest from management in continually refining processes across the organization as well as helping individuals set and meet their goals - Willingness to try new technology - Everyone can have a voice in the company - Pairing/training for junior devs - Really great code reviews - Real desire to partner with clients to solve problems, rather than just bill hours - On-site chef provides lunch every day - Occasional rooftop movie nights Table XI is easily one of the best places I've worked in my 10+ year career as a software engineer.
Cons
- Salary is just slightly lower than some places, but the other benefits more than make up for it. (The lunch savings alone are huge).
