      Is well known for Bridge Design firm with offices throughout the US and Oversees. Programs are kept up to date and projects are mostly with State Agencies.

      Cons

      Company owned by a Middle Eastern Firm with high profitability. Staffing and work sharing between offices is challenging due to individual office profitability. Limited room for growth and mentoring

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Cons

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
