      Pros

      Exciting and challenging work, with a good balance of both short and long term projects. Time passes quickly because the pace is extremely fast. 20 minutes after you finish your morning coffee... it's time for lunch. Friendly, helpful coworker help keep the frustration of the moment level in check.

      Cons

      Unfortunately most of the fast pace is generated internally by management waiting to the last minute to make a decision or start a complex process. Little to no formal guidance exists.

      Hybrid schedule (can work from home)

      Cons

      Poor management, poor compensation, no room for growth, lack of engineering resources, outdated structural knowledge by senior managers, environment can be uncomfortable due to rude and unchecked senior engineers and forced goals by supervisors
