      Pros

      The staff are awesome! Overtime is common, but by choice. At the end of the day you really do contemplate whether or not you want to go home because your work is appreciated and you're cared for as an individual.

      Cons

      Some restructuring, medium-high turnover.

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Cons

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
