      There are some GREAT people that work here

      Cons

      Management is very hands off until they come to tell you what you are doing wrong. HR is a complete mess. IT is hit or miss. Culture is poor to non-existent.

      - Hybrid schedule (can work from home) - Decent Benefits

      Cons

      - Extreme micromanaging, senior engineers can be rude and demanding - Poor compensation - Forced goals by supervisors, even if you have no interest - Failing performance among leadership, will often be late to meetings, not show up, send deliverables late, leave a bad impression on clients - Weak business outlook in the South
