Thank you for the feedback. We certainly agree that our people and the resulting culture are a driver of success here at TZA. As a small privately held company we put the best talent in the right seats even when that means taking advantage of talented family members. We are always seeking to reward success and don’t actually understand the notion of “punishment”. We do hold each other accountable to meet our individual, team and company goals regardless of the reasons that may be impacting outcomes as we seek to support each other with our mutual success. When employees resign they are not entitled to unemployment.
