Pros

Amazing co-workers. Dog friendly. Central location. Flexible in-office hours. Easy day-to-day.

Cons

Transparency is preached but not practiced at the top. CEO does not trust employees. Company goals are not clear and sometimes appear inconsistent with reality. Employee morale, energy, and enthusiasm are low. Benefits are only so-so. Everything is "standard." Office space is truly terrible. 24x7 culture means employees are often expected to be available by phone or email on days off, while on vacation, or even when out sick.

Pros

Tabbedout was a great company to work for. Alex was encouraging during my time with the company. He set high standards but provided the support and mentoring to reach our goals.

Cons

No cons about this company.

Pros

Flexible schedule, wonderful ideas, truly dedicated team, constantly evolving, many locations across the country. Started with great benefits and vision. Great potential.

Cons

A company is only as good as its leadership and this company has lost all the people holding it together. There is absolutely ZERO transparency and morale has never been so low. Management hides behind closed doors on what's actually going on with the company and its future, especially after several significant layoffs of over 60% of the company leading most staff to wonder if they're next. There is ZERO job security. It is clear this CEO is the reason that after 7 years and multiple CEOs it is worse off now than ever before. Meeting already unrealistic expectations is difficult when job responsibilities, expectations, and resources are changed every month or even between conversations with the CEO. Hard to be successful when your leader is constantly contradicting himself, his direction, and his vision while placing blame on the staff for not meeting the expectations you never knew existed.
