Pros

The London office is fantastic and full of perks. The company is growing pretty fast, and the Yahoo deal is boosting growth and opportunities. Sometimes it's good that people stay there for long

Cons

Taboola products for publishers are awful, which affects their relationships with clients because they know it and don't want to deal with you. The team I worked in was toxic, full of micro-management, over-controlling, and zero independence. You are simply a secretary for your director, which makes the work not rewarding at all. There are also many employees who have been there for many years but have barely any clue about how things work outside the company.

Pros

Taboola offers an exceptional culture, great people, and outstanding perks. It's the kind of place where you build genuine friendships, not just professional relationships. No matter which office you work from, you'll find yourself well taken care of, with a wide range of benefits, activities, and resources available to employees.

Cons

Processes can sometimes feel disorganized as the company continues working toward greater global alignment and standardization. Additionally, strategic priorities and directions can change frequently, which may create uncertainty at times.
