Salary credits on time.(before time if end of month is on Saturday/Sunday/holiday) **This is the only Pro here, nothing else

1. No Management System. 2. No HR 3. No one to worry about employees. 4. 10 + hours working 5. No extra benefit. NONE 6. No appreciation for anything. 7. No advice is taken from an employee. No other talks except work. Sometimes frustration. 8. You'll just sell your 10+ hours to them and just listen to the boss. 9. No management so nobody to listen to anything , nobody to complain about anything. 10. Holidays are very few, leaves are very few. No other policy for human benefits 11. No Trips, No Movies, No Parties, No culture, Nothing. (just birthday cake that too from employee contribution) and the fresher party that too from employee contributions:-D

1. Nice culture 2. Unbiased nature of the boss 3. Appreciation for your work 4. Salary is always received on time.

Strict about timings and leaves. Seniors don't encourage you to do new work, instead they will treat you as assistant and ask you to do stupid jobs like codes formatting. In this case, I just ask the boss himself he will give you real task.
