Johnny has relinquished day to day as he once did in the past (which he deserves), it was disastrous then also. Understaffing in support roles such as maintenance is not addressed as aging equipment continues to decline causing production and quality problems. Quality is not at the forefront with few caring any more. They like to say how much they are investing in Capital Equipment but not in the foundation of what makes a company continually successful.
