Pros
This company has a great group of people working here. Lots of employees that have been here between 10 to 30 years. You just don't find this that often anymore. The people are welcoming and most are willing to help get you in the swing of things. Not a lot of drama.
Cons
Communication could be better from the top down. Seems like things are communicated at the last minute and not everyone is always on the same page, when there should have been more time between communicating changes and putting those changes in place.
