      Job security and good work to home life balance.

      Cons

      Joined TACOM over a year ago. I find the organization to be very unfair. I have military experience and a graduate level degree. I was brought in as a GS 7 and the pay is horrendous. During my year there I have seen numerous other former military members with no education be brought into the organization as a GS 11 or GS 12 because they knew someone. Too much nepotism I will leave as soon as the opportunity is available.

      Great learning experience with mentorship support and many networking opportunities.

      Cons

      Intern tasks are not always impactful or high-priority, and interns may not always get to see a project through to completion.
