Pros

The individuals and DSP’s are really the only nice people. Truly the frontline for the company.

Cons

Their management is really sad and horrible. Bosses and supervisors are super strict, to a point where they don’t care about you at the end of the day, it’s all about them. They make you work countless hours, and overtime without pay, they expect responses right away, but they can never respond to you, or even realize you email them. They have multiple meetings everyday, to degrade you on what your doing, your workload is huge&stressful because they lost so many workers due to toxic work environment and harassment, so they just pile ridiculous work on you and except you to be in all meetings, their meetings are horrible, you really do feel worthless, and there is no encouragement. It’s all about money for them, whatever they say, do not fall for them. It’s NOT worth it, please. I have been there for a while and I am a hard worker... this was NOT what I applied for. If you want a miserable job, then go ahead but who wants that?

Pros

Learned a lot from the previous Manager of the Finance Department. Ms. Joyce was amazing to learn from. The salary doesn't seem to match the amount of work and time staff contribute to the company. I loved having my own office in the department. And most co-workers were amazing. Enjoyed Events when staff from Mt. Vernon and Wapp would come together. Suppose the structure of my department didn't change due to nepotism and favoritism when the department head left during COVID. I would still be there today. If the Director and Deputy Director actually listened to their staff and those who were running that department, they would still have a winning team.

Cons

Pay wasn't livable, and they didn't want staff to be friends with one another. Lazy and incompetent staff were always prised on little effort on their part. Very unprofessional
