Salary is competitive with other consulting firms. Consultants are W2 employees with benefits rather than 1099 contractors.
Cons
As a small start up consulting firm Tactegra is trying to compete with the "big boys". As a result they depend on regularly landing new contracts. When they get one they hire. When they don't, and the prior one expires, they lay off. Not a good company to work for if you are looking for long term employment. Also the managing partners are stuck in the 80's "win by intimidation" philosophy. Employees are not treated with dignity nor respect. As an employee you are nothing more than a "billable hour" to them. Management of employees varies 180 degrees of ignoring you to micro managing.
