The CTO (Mr. Bisht) is a horrible person to work with. No matter how good you are, no matter the amount of great work you do, he will make you suffer. He insults people in front of the entire team on regular basis. Every day he will pick on at least one person. Only his ideas are to be followed. No matter how stupid they are. You cannot suggest anything. He will pound on you no matter how good your way is. It has to be his way or the highway. He will keep you under pressure so much that you start to doubt yourself. You work long days and weekends to try to live up to his expectations. But he will shred you to pieces anyway. People who do not play by his rules, people who do not let him satisfy his ego, get fired.
