Pros

Taft is full of seasoned, genuine and knowledgeable folks - whether you're just starting out in your communications career, or you're a seasoned pro with a niche focus area, Taft is an incredible place to learn from - and grow with - the best. They truly believe in their clients' missions, visions and values, and they're equally committed to putting more "good" into the world, which is not always something you'll find at other firms. They have very strong ties to their home state of NJ which is reflected in their new, fresh office space. With a variety of accounts to work on, tons of opportunities for professional development, and a fun working environment, Taft is the place to be.

Cons

Some longer hours and fire drills requiring quick action just like any other agency dedicated to client service, but nothing unmanageable or extensive.

Pros

Taft provides an opportunity to work for a diverse group of clients that are making a difference in the world. Their creative team is top notch and length of client relationships is a testament to the quality of their services. Leadership is committed to DEI and being a good corporate citizen. This is reflected in their recent move to Trenton and volunteer/pro bono services to several local organizations.

Cons

For those looking for fully remote positions, Taft is not the match for you. Leadership values in person collaboration and relationship building and so requires employees to be in the office 2 days a week.
