Pros

SaaS exposure, ownership if you're willing to take

Cons

Lot of politics powered by management's ego. Too much micromanagement. Your in time, out time, breaks everything is closely monitored resulting in an unhealthy work culture. Policies defer as per management's bias towards certain people.

Pros

Don’t even think about them!

Cons

A Word of Caution Before You Join Tagbox If you’re considering joining Tagbox, think twice — it might be one of the worst career decisions you’ll make, especially if you’re looking for a healthy and professional work environment. At first glance, Tagbox might appear to be a fun, chill place to work — a shiny, glittering surface that hides a messy and toxic core. The so-called “cool culture” is just a façade; beneath it lies a workplace full of office politics, manipulation, micromanagement and unprofessional behavior. Unless you thrive in a toxic environment filled with gossip, favoritism, and underhanded tactics, you’ll likely find yourself constantly stressed and sidelined. Backstabbing and playing dirty are rewarded more than talent or dedication. It’s less of a company and more of a circus — and unless you’re willing to be a clown for their amusement, you’ll struggle to survive. A company’s culture reflects its leadership, and unfortunately, the direction here is far from ideal. Poor management, lack of accountability, and an absence of basic ethics make this place a breeding ground for burnout and disappointment. I’m not a disgruntled competitor or someone venting without reason. I’m someone who has experienced the internal chaos firsthand. My only intention is to help others avoid the same mistake. Be cautious. Protect your peace. Think before you join.
