      None. Zero. I can't find even one single positive thing.

      Cons

      Worst experience ever. This company is full of politics and completely unprofessional. They forced a 2-year bond along with a security deposit, a blank cheque, and even demanded my original 12th marksheet. WTF is this? Am I taking a loan from a finance company or joining a job? They want to keep my original documents and a blank cheque just to make sure I won't leave them. Who does this in 2026? Feels like a cheap lala company trying to trap employees instead of building trust. Zero respect for employees, suspicious demands, and toxic environment. If they need such extreme measures to stop people from leaving, that itself tells you everything about the company. Strongly advise everyone to stay away. Not worth your time, mental peace, or self-respect.
