      Employees are all extremely intelligent and great to work with. Exciting atmosphere if you are interested in the industry.

      Start up so it can be disorganized at time making it hard to get tasks done.

      - full internal transparency - very open communication lines across all levels - very committed and passionate leadership - very knowledgeable and personable colleagues - normal working hours and generous PTO

      - still early stage in terms prioritization, so long term planning is difficult - more a mindset than a con: must be open to learn new things frequently
