Very low quality management from the seniors, I have never met such way of managing a team as in this company. When I first started as an intern, obviously I did not perform "intern" tasks, along the team we were creating new processes for minimum pay, getting no recognition and no support from the management. Even then me and team got pretty good results, which were not even considered for my future growth in the company. It's very sad, as I loved the team and was looking forward to growing with the company. But how they deal with junior employees is just sad, maybe it is a great opportunity for those who are just starting their first job. But with my experience in previous companies - this one was a disaster (management wise)
